May Bank Holidays: Opening Times & Delivery Information

Should you need to contact us during a bank holiday, please use our contact form here and we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as we can. This will be monitored intermittently.

Bank Holiday Dispatch Dates

There will be no dispatch of orders on:

• Monday 6th May 2024 (last postage before the bank holiday is Friday 3rd May)
• Monday 27th May 2024 (last postage date before the bank holiday is Friday 24^th May)

Orders over £250 will qualify for free insured Special Delivery, which is due to arrive before 1pm the next day after dispatch.

Orders under £250 will be sent by free First Class Insured Recorded Delivery, which is due to arrive within 1-5 working days from the date of dispatch. Postage for these orders can be upgraded to Special Delivery for an extra charge of £7.50.

Please note: We recommend placing your order as early as possible if you wish your parcel to arrive before a bank holiday. During times of high demand, please take note of the banner at the top of our website where the current dispatch times will be clearly displayed.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays due to Royal Mail.

Online Orders

Our website will continue to run as usual throughout the bank holidays. Orders will be processed and dispatched in line with our opening hours and, as always, we will aim to get your orders to you as soon as we can.
